Please note that we recycle our boxes at times so don't be alarmed if the box is labeled for another product.
ORDERING
We have secure on-line ordering. When you decide to order an item, add it to your shopping cart and then either continue shopping or go to check-out. We accept credit cards and Paypal. You will fill out necessary forms including the shipping address for your order and check the appropriate box for shipping. USPS Priority Mail is our preferred shipping method.
California residents will be charged 7.75% sales tax.

BACKORDERS
Occasionally we will have some popular items sold out. In these cases, we will notify you and you can decide if you want to wait for the product, or reorder at a later date.
SHIPPING
Most items are shipped within 3 business days of your order. Please allow this time, plus the actual shipping time, when ordering for a special occasion or date. Personalized items may take longer, especially during the holidays. Canada orders will also take additional time.
Our shipping rates are quoted below. We ship most items by USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation, although UPS options are also available. (Email us at lee17_92399@yahoo.com for quotes on UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day or UPS Next Day. We will add this amount on a separate charge on your card. In these cases, you will have to enter your credit card info on form when ordering). We ship from California for most of our products. Our wooden trains and toys are shipped from Vermont by UPS. Shipping costs are estimates, so if there is a huge difference in the actual shipping cost, we will notify you.
We are now shipping to Canada, using the best shipping rates for the weight of the package. The rates listed on our order page are for estimated shipping. We will notify you with any large discrepancies in the actual costs and if we need additional funds before shipping your order. Please email us with any special requests in shipping.

RETURNS
Personalized products and sale items can not be returned.
You may return an item if damaged for replacement or credit within 14 days of the shipment date. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip and have prior approval by our company. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. We will replace your item or, a credit will be issued and will appear on your credit card billing statement.
Exchanges can be made within 14 days of the shipping date. You must get approval from our company, include the packing slip and will be responsible for all shipping charges. Insurance is recommended. Once we receive the item and have inspected it, an exchange will be sent.
If you want to return an item because you have changed your mind, there will be a 15% restocking fee. Returns must have prior approval and must be returned in same condition as when shipped and be accompanied by the packing slip. Any figurines must be in original boxes with all styrofoam intact. When we receive your return and inspect it, a credit on your credit card, minus the 15%, will be issued for merchandise that is in good/unused condition. Returns must be made within 14 days of the shipping date. Again, shipping charges are non-refundable.
Some items are drop-shipped from a different location and may have different return policies. Email us for more information.
If items are marked as Final Sale, they can not be returned.
If your package was damaged during shipping, you must file a claim with the carrier, not our company.
